Rush Lee Auer

Rush, our sweet boy, was born May 12, 2022. He was the easiest labor and delivery, arriving with only 3 pushes! In his short, but beautiful life, he learned to crawl, got 2 teeth, hung out with so much family, had his first plane ride, went camping, horse-back riding, and explored multiple states. He had the most contagious smile and the chunkiest/strongest body. We all thought he would be an early walker! He is our Baby Bubba, Oatmeal, and Rushell. His life was only 7 months long, but it was some of the best months of his/our life. He was the kindest baby ever. He smiled at everyone and spread endless joy.

On December 21st, 2022 our sweet boy suffered from Acute Respiratory Failure. He fell asleep forever in his bed that devastating morning. We had made two fruitless visits to the ER and Pediatricians office within 48 hours of his death. Instead of carrying immense anger and resentment toward certain aspects of the health care industry we are attempting to focus our emotional energy into helping others.

We are starting this branch off of my own business, Rush's Rainbows, in honor of our beautiful boy. We want to continue to let his light shine even through death. He impacted so many and brought endless smiles.

Your memory will live on as long as we do baby boy. We love you. ❤️

love,

your mama
