Running For Rush
We are running in the 2026 Palm Beach races to honor the life of our beloved son Rush, children gone too soon, & to raise awareness for infant/pregnancy loss! Please find individual donation links below to help support our cause or head to our websites main donation page or our Running For Rush fundraiser page! All proceeds benefits Rush’s Rainbows mission. After you’re done here, take a moment to read about Rush's story and our Rush's Rainbows mission.
Meet our team of dedicated, kind-hearted, and passionate runners!

Founder of Rushs Rainbows
Hannah Auer
I am mama to Rush and two other wonderful kiddos. Running has always been a therapeutic outlet for me but nothing I ever cared to pursue outside of just to keep in shape or clear my mind. Now it’s become a driving in force for me to raise awareness and honor my little boy. The Palm Beach Races will be my first Half-Marathin.
Fun fact: I lived in Italy for 6 months, I used to own an art business, and I am pursuing my masters in social work with goals to either work in hospice or grief work.

Mind Behind Running For Rush
Mary Hendricks La Torre
Mary is Rush’s aunty, a seasoned runner, and mama to two beautiful young girls. After losing Rush, she found a way to channel her grief through something she already loved: running. In 2023, she came up with Running For Rush as a way to honor his life, carry his memory, and keep moving forward through the grief.
Mary carries Rush’s urn with her across every finish line, making each mile a tribute to the little boy who will always be a part of her life. Her latest challenge was a 31-mile trail run, where she finished second among all female runners.
When she’s not running for Rush, Mary enjoys life with her two girls and her awesome husband, who continue to be her biggest supporters through every mile and every finish line.

Hi, I’m Cami! I started running years ago and somehow went from casual miles to willingly signing up for half marathons. 😂 I’ve run several races, including the very hilly Sedona Half Marathon, and running has become one of my favorite ways to challenge myself and move my body.
Fun fact: I’m a brow artist/business owner, mom of two boys, and will absolutely plan a run around where I’m getting coffee afterward. ☕️🏃🏻♀️

As a mom to two lovely ladies, I’m also the leader of a run club for moms. Running is my passion, and I’m dedicated to making it less intimidating for moms, so they can carve out time for themselves and pursue goals they never thought possible.
Motherhood can be overwhelming, and I firmly believe it’s crucial to have something that’s entirely your own and allows you to easily measure your progress.
I met Hannah through our run club and want to help her run her first half marathon and raise awareness for her little boy who was taken too soon.

Hi! I’m Andressa, a 39-year-old mom of two, wife of 10 years, and former corporate professional who now runs my cpa practice. I started running at the beginning of 2026 as I approached 40. Before this year, I really wasn’t active at all, so taking up running has been a huge personal challenge—and one I’m incredibly proud of. The hardest part has been finding time for myself between work and motherhood, and I’m incredibly grateful for my amazing husband, whose support makes it possible for me to get out the door and run. Outside of running, I love traveling, discovering new places, trying great food, and baking sourdough bread.
I’m excited to take on this race while showing my kids the importance of making time for your health and challenging yourself to try something new. Most importantly, I’m grateful for the opportunity to raise money for an amazing cause. Please consider supporting me with a donation—every contribution makes a difference, and I’m so grateful for your support!

My name is Michelle, and I’m the proud mom of two beautiful daughters. I want to show them that they can do hard things, believe in themselves, and accomplish anything they set their minds to.
Running has become one of my favorite hobbies, and I always look forward to race day! Having races on my calendar keeps me motivated, gives me something exciting to work toward, and inspires me to continue challenging myself.
The Palm Beach Half Marathon will be my second half marathon, and I’m also training for my first full marathon at Walt Disney World in January!
Fun fact: I placed third in my age group at the Mother’s Day Runfest 5K!

My name is Tiffany, and I have one handsome son and one beautiful daughter. I am raising both of my children to never give up, and they are learning that lesson alongside me and my husband by joining us on our 5K journeys every Saturday morning.
I completed my very first 5K in 2016. At the time, my husband was my boyfriend, and he convinced me that I could do it. I thought it was a crazy idea, but who would have thought I would end up enjoying it? I may not be the fastest, but one thing I don't do is give up.
I have a great support team that cheers me on and is always there for me. To me, that is what community is about. My best friend came out to support me in this year's Mother's Day run, which I truly appreciated.
As my kids grow up, my hope is that they see their parents doing their best for them and never giving up. If they do fall, I want them to get back up and come back even stronger than before.

Since becoming a mom, being the best version of myself has taken on a whole new meaning. I want to show my daughter the importance of setting goals, pushing yourself, and believing in what you’re capable of. This race is another step outside my comfort zone and a reminder that there’s always room to grow and find new hobbies!
This will be my second half marathon and I am looking forward to spreading awareness for a great cause and challenging/pushing myself.
